We’re committed to promoting a more sustainable lifestyle by sourcing a lot of our core ingredients directly from small, independent local businesses. From beef raised on our own farm to freshly baked sourdough, raw honey, free-range eggs, and dairy milk on tap, everything we serve is carefully selected to support local farms and reduce our environmental footprint.
We’re also passionate about bringing the best of Aussie brunch culture to the English countryside. Our simple, seasonal, and sustainable menu celebrates fresh, vibrant flavours—perfectly paired with the stunning surroundings of Wiltshire.

Oakes Coffee Lab: A Roaster with Purpose
Oakes Coffee Lab, founded in 2024, is on a mission to transform the coffee industry. They believe that coffee should be expressive, intentional, and always traceable—never just transactional. Led by Keanu, the roaster aims to add value to every step of the process, never extract it. The beans are small batch roasted in Hampshire and delivered to us in large, refillable containers, helping us reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary packaging.
Our milk is sourced directly from a local dairy in Salisbury, delivered in kegs and dispensed through a converted beer tap, keeping everything as sustainable as possible. With highly trained baristas and carefully crafted recipes, we ensure each cup of coffee is perfectly balanced and silky smooth, every single time.
