Maggie & Anna’s Journey to the Farm
Maggie and Anna spent years working with non-profits, sailing across the globe to research microplastic pollution. Their travels took them to remote communities where the human impact was most visible, educating people about the importance of a circular economy. Along the way, they explored local cuisines and immersed themselves in diverse food cultures. However, one thing stood out to them: the lack of attention to food miles.
Now, with their wealth of experience and a deep passion for exceptional coffee and food, they’ve returned to Anna’s childhood farm. Their mission is to celebrate local producers and the community, with a strong commitment to sustainability and reducing single-use plastics.
